Martyn Richards, associate director
Martyn and Steve first worked together in 1989 and have collaborated on projects ever since. As a consultant with Onearth, he specialises in qualitative studies. Martyn is a holder of the Market Research Society (MRS) Diploma, has sat on their Training and Education Committee; chaired the annual conference and tutored at Summer School. In 2001 he was made a Fellow of the MRS. |

Lycia Harper, associate director
Lycia uses action research and systems thinking techniques to help clients understand different stakeholder perspectives and overcome barriers to attitudinal and behavioural change. She designs and implements research-led change programmes and more sustainable working practices. Lycia holds an MSc in Responsibility and Business Practice from the University of Bath, and is trained in social return on investment (SROI) evaluation. She is also an associate consultant with nef (new economics foundation). |

Claire Thomas, associate director
Claire has been a qualitative researcher for over 20 years; holding a post-graduate diploma in Marketing from Kingston and a Social Anthropology degree from the LSE. She specialises in ethnography; qualitative research designed to immerse the researcher in the world of the respondents. These contextual methods allow the researcher to understand where an individual is coming from; mapping out how they currently negotiate their world. |

Paula Little, associate director
Paula took a degree in human psychology before training as a researcher. She then spent a number of years running qualitative and quantitative projects for two full service market research agencies. She has always cared passionately about the environment and as a result works with Onearth on a wide range of projects. |
