GreenMinds is a European-based social enterprise with an international focus upon empowering people to create a more sustainable world through behavioural change.

Founded in 2010 and with 10 members located across five countries, it offers a multidisciplinary team of experts, ranging from scientists to entrepreneurs, consultants to teachers.

Steve Colling is one of the founding directors and alongside his work at Onearth he's closely involved with developing the GreenMinds project base.

GreenLives: Ethiopia

In this 2010 report GreenMinds takes a qualitative look at the culture, values and environmental challenges of today's Ethiopia.

Steve and Klaus Niederlander spent a week in Addis Ababa conducting depth interviews with a wide range of people, from journalists, to NGOs, business leaders, policy makers and academics.

The report is aimed primarily at development organisations working in Ethiopia, although anyone with an interest in the country may find it offers a fresh and insightful perspective on some of its less well reported characteristics.
